Terms of Service

PromBook helps customers and shops check and register prom dress choices by school and prom year. Users must provide accurate identity, school, brand, style, store, and evidence details.

No anonymous PromBook entries are allowed. Incorrect brand, style, school, or store information may affect clash protection and may be corrected through review.

Shop credits are tracked by source lot. Paid credits, admin-granted credits, and free starter credits have different refund and adjustment rules. Refunds and manual adjustments require authorized review.

Public launch, Store Finder, public brand/catalogue pages, PreLoved links, and deferred commercial surfaces are not enabled until explicit owner approval and readiness checks are complete.
