Privacy Policy

PromBook keeps real account identity internally so registrations are not anonymous. Public display is limited by reveal rules and privacy controls.

Before reveal, PromBook does not show name-to-dress links. Older-year archive display and privacy removals follow the approved handoff rules.

Account, registration, shop, payment, credit, notification, audit, and evidence data are used to operate the registry, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and meet legal or safety obligations.

Incident evidence and audit records are restricted to authorized roles. Legal/privacy requests are reviewed case by case and recorded with reason, basis, and outcome.
